A super easy recipe you can use for any nuts
Any salad can be made more interesting and tasty by adding some roasted nuts, which give texture, protein and flavour.
Honey roasted pecans are one of my favourites but this recipe can be used for any nuts, it's especially good with walnuts too!
1 cup pecans
1 tablespoon honey
Pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients. Bake in the oven at 180C (350 F) for 15 minutes. Let them cool completely before storing them in an airtight container. They'll keep for around 6 months.
