Super effective, non-toxic and natural diy solution
This is a variation of my multipurpose cleaner, which I literally use for everything else in the house.
I adapted the recipe to use on the granite worktops in my kitchen. I used a bit less soap and added a small amount of surgical spirits, which prevents streaks and also acts as a disinfectant.
The recipe is as follows:
2 x cups of filtered water (or tap water)
1 x tablespoon of Castile Soap (palm oil free if possible)
3 x tablespoons of Surgical Spirits/Rubbing Alcohol (70%)
Optional: 55 drops of essential oil for scent
My current favourite combination of essential oils;
30 drops of lemongrass
15 drops of cedarwood
10 drops of sandalwood
